Impact Dynamic Training
Impact Dynamic Training was founded in 2010 by Rey Castillo upon the belief that through positive reinforcement, a player can achieve their best.
Impact Dynamic Training aspires to be an outstanding educational, athletic training organization, which provides a high-quality experience for every athlete. We strive to make each athlete an important part of the team, and help them to achieve their highest potential. We recognize that the coach is an important asset in fulfilling this obligation.
It is our goal to provide our coaching staff with the necessary tools to successfully impact each athlete.
Impact Dynamic Training is committed to creating an encouraging culture, embracing diversity, and adhering to the principles of fair play and sportsmanship. In partnership with the coaches, parents, and athletes, we will work together to achieve our goal.
"I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate you taking the time to talk with me last night. It did make a difference, your personal approach does matter, and we feel very blessed to have you and your gym as a place to train and play. Blessings to you as you work through team placements and start-up for the spring. Thanks for all that you do." KM
"We just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you for the role that Impact has had in Nicole's development. She has been asked as a freshman to move up to play with the JV team this fall and is super excited. She went from getting cut as an 8th grader (following her surgery) to getting pulled up a level the following year. While we give her a lot of credit for the hard work and dedication she has shown the last year, it would not have happened without the coaching and opportunities she has had through Impact. It's been a great learning experience of what you can accomplish when you put your mind to it." ML
"Every youth sports organization has its positives and negatives. However, Impact Dynamic and Rey Castillo Jr. go over the top to live up to their word. It's not about winning every match or weekend - It's the journey to become better people, athletes, and teammates." SB
"Ally and I just want to thank you for an amazing season at IMPACT. This season was not easy for Ally, but it taught her a lot of important things - both with VB skills and working as a team. This was more than just volleyball skills for sure. Ally's VB skills just went through the roof in these few short months. She was not confident in herself or her abilities at the beginning of the season, but was playing so well at the end. I appreciate what you did to help her and she's much more prepared for the upcoming freshman year. I just want you to know how much we appreciate IMPACT and your attention to Ally in this past season. I know she was not your best player, but you never made her feel less important than any of the other players, and I appreciate that. Wishing you much success in the future." VZ
WOW! Where has the time gone? Sarah started playing for Impact in 8th grade. Impact has meant so much to her and to me as well.
Tony and I wanted to keep her busy so she would be less likely to get into trouble. Little did we know that being a part of Impact blessed her life. She has made life long friends. Staying busy has helped her stay focused in school. She will be graduating with honors. Time spent with her traveling to tournaments is time that I will forever cherish. So many pluses to being a part of your volleyball organization.
I want to thank you for all the time you and your coaches, especially Carrie, have invested in her. She will be going to Ferris State University this fall. She was excepted into the honors program and will be majoring in biology, possibly the pharmacy program. She will not be playing vball for Ferris but plans on checking into their club program. Not quite ready to give up the sport.
When she started in 8th grade, I had hopes that she would play for a college some day. Now she is graduating and she has decided not to pursue college volleyball and thats ok. I am so proud of her and the young woman she is becoming. Thank you for teaching her more than just how to hit a ball. She will look back at her time spent with Impact and smile and she will always love the sport of vball because you and Impact made it fun.
So, thank you so much Rey! Tony and I really appreciate everything you have done. She loves it! KB
I just wanted to thank you for this week’s pre-tryout camp at Impact. Brynna and Lindy really enjoyed it and came away with some great tips. I appreciated seeing the great ratio of coaches to players. In the time I was there I observed a lot of interaction between your coaching staff and my daughters, and it truly made me know that it was well worth coming! We would highly advise this camp to others. Thanks for a great experience. SM
We appreciate YOU!
Impact Dynamic has been incredibly positive for our daughter Aerin in so many ways! She has grown as a person, developed more confidence, and gained huge improvements as a player. We also appreciate the family culture at Impact. L&SB
I wanted to personally thank you for a wonderful season and let you know that Eleanor was the most amazing coach. We will definitely be back and are super excited for another wonderful winter and spring season in 2019. KB
