Impact Dynamic Training's programs are designed to help every athlete develop firm foundations while working to establish court awareness, team functionality and skill specialization. We begin working with students as early as 2nd grade and continue to teach and develop them through their high school career, if they so desire.

As coaches and skills-specific trainers, we aim to apply our knowledge and experience to each athlete and team, by providing unparalleled quality and discipline with individualized methods to help them grow.

National Level

National/Travel teams are formed for ages 14-18u. The national teams are a six month commitment. Athletes are viewed and evaluated at tryouts, and teams are formed by a collaborative effort of our coaching staff. Once the teams are formed and the coaches are assigned their team, they will begin practicing two times a week for 2 hours each time. Position training will be Sundays of non-tournament weekends. The national teams will participate in the Open Division between the months January - March, competing in 5 tournaments for the winter season. For the spring season, the national teams will participate in Super Regional Tournaments between the months of April - June. They will compete in 5 tournaments and finish the year at the Junior National Championships.

Potential tournament locations include: Caledonia High School, Sport One (Ft. Wayne, IN), Dunes VBC (LaPorte, IN), Team D (West Bloomfield, MI).
